To exchange, customers must contact our support team at nikhearosellc@gmail.com for exchange instructions. Please DO NOT return any items without contacting the support team first.

Any item to be exchanged must be in new, unused and resalable condition, with original tags attached.

ALL custom made items are not eligible for exchange, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with "your" creation, we will come up with a fair compromise.
